1. Who we are
Imagine Golf is operated by TLDR, Inc., trading as Imagine Golf. TLDR, Inc. is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice — we decide why and how it is processed. Questions or requests: privacy@imaginegolf.com.
2. Data we collect and why

We do not collect or store your card details. Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor.
3. Who we share data with
- Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
- Stripe — our payment processor, for order processing, payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
- Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data outside your country. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention
We keep account and course data for as long as your account is active, and for up to 24 months after your last activity. Purchase and tax records are kept for up to 7 years to meet legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. After these periods data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time (including by unsubscribing from marketing emails). If you are in the UK or EEA, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority. Email privacy@imaginegolf.com and we will respond within one month.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, encrypted storage, row-level access controls, and restricted administrative access.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies and similar local storage to keep you signed in and to make checkout work. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the site is used and which ads bring visitors. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for sign-in and purchase to function.
9. Changes
We may update this notice. Changes are posted here with a revised "last updated" date.
