365-day money-back guarantee

Imagine Golf courses are sold by TLDR, Inc. We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 365 days of your order date — no need to finish the course first.

How to request a refund

Refunds are issued through Stripe, our payment processor, back to your original payment method. To request a refund:

• Open the account page to find your receipt and order details, or
• Email us at support@imaginegolf.com with your order details and we will process it right away.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few business days to post the credit.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, access to the refunded course ends at the close of the period you paid for, and any upgrade tied to that purchase ends with it. You are welcome to purchase again at any time.

Upgrades

If you upgraded from the 3-day course to the 7-day course, the same 365-day guarantee applies to the upgrade purchase, counted from the upgrade order date.

Payment processor terms

Payments and refunds are additionally covered by Stripe's consumer terms. Nothing here limits any statutory rights you may have.
