Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 10, 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Imagine Golf is operated by TLDR, Inc. ("Imagine Golf", "we", "us"), trading as Imagine Golf. These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and TLDR, Inc. for your use of the Imagine Golf website, courses, and related materials (the "Service"). You can reach us at support@imaginegolf.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing, purchasing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. What we provide

The Service consists of digital mental-game training courses for golfers, delivered online as daily lessons, drills, written scripts, and reflection prompts. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the course content you have purchased, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and magic-link emails confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. Specifically, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
  • engage in fraud, spam, or misrepresentation;
  • infringe our intellectual property or that of others, including by copying, reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing course content or your access credentials;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by introducing malware, probing or scanning systems, scraping, or circumventing technical limits;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.

6. Intellectual property

TLDR, Inc. retains all ownership of the Service and its intellectual property, including the software, course content, documentation, and Imagine Golf branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. Any content you submit (for example reflection notes) remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Orders are placed with TLDR, Inc. and processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, and refunds on our behalf. Charges may appear on your statement as LINK.COM* IMAGINE GOLF.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms. Our courses are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access to the content you buy. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

8. Service level

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

9. No performance guarantee

Our courses are educational. We do not guarantee any particular improvement in your scores, handicap, or performance, and nothing in the Service constitutes medical, psychological, or professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for health-related concerns.

10. Warranties and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify TLDR, Inc. against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination your access to course content ends; you may request an export of your own submitted content within 30 days.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
